Five terrorist attacks registered in Idlib de-escalation zone: Russian MoD

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Saturday that five attacks by Jabhat Al-Nusra-affiliated terrorist groups were registered in the Idlib’s de-escalation zone over the past 24 hours.

The Russian Coordination Center in Hmeimim said in a statement that five attacks were monitored from the terrorist-controlled areas in Idlib during the past 24 hours. The attacks targeted areas in Aleppo, Lattakia and Idlib.

Last Sunday, the terrorist groups in Idlib and its vicinity launched 10 attacks on areas and sites in the countryside of Idlib, Hama and Lattakia.

 The Idlib de-escalation zone covers Idlib province, as well as northeastern areas of Lattakia province, western areas of Aleppo province and northern areas of Hama province.
