Five Palestinians martyred, 91 injured in an Israeli occupation raid on Jenin

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): Five Palestinians were martyred and 91 others were wounded today when the Israeli occupation forces stormed into the city of Jenin and its camp in the West Bank. The Palestinian resistance confronted the occupation and managed to wound seven of its soldiers.

WAFA Agency stated that a large number of occupation soldiers stormed into Jenin and its camp amid intense flight of warplanes, deployed their snipers over some houses, and fired bullets and poison gas bombs at the Palestinians, which led to the martyrdom of five Palestinians and the wounding of 91, including serious injuries, and dozens of suffocation cases. The martyrs were identified as Ahmed Saqr, 15-year-old, Khaled Asasa, 21, Qassam Abu Sariya, 29, and Qais Jabbarin,21 and Ahmad Daraghmeh.

The occupation forces also detained two young men and destroyed two water pipelines in the Jabriyat neighborhood and led to electricity outage in large parts of Jenin camp.

For the first time since the end of Al-Aqsa Intifada, 20 years ago, an Apachi helicopter was used by the occupation to shell several areas in Al-Jaberiyat neighborhood in Jenin.

The Palestinian resistance factions confronted the occupation and managed to detonate several military vehicles, wounding 7 of the occupation soldiers.
