Damascus (ST): After an eight year stop, the first Syrian passenger jet landed on Yerevan International Airport coming from Damascus International Airport.
The Ministry of Transport said in a statement that the first flight of the Syrian Arab Airlines A 320 was operated and headed from Damascus to Armenia with 150 passengers on board.
The Ministry added that a regular program of operation will be put after this flight, referring that Aleppo airport would be an important stop in the navigation movement between the two states.
