First aid convoy delivered to Rural Lattakia

In conjunction with the emergency response plan made to lessen  damage caused by fire in Lattakia governorate, the Mobile Health Unit MHU in the Syrian Arab Red Crescent SARC  makes daily visits to the damaged villages. Since many villagers still suffer from breathing difficulties, wounds, burns and bruises. MHU volunteers examine them in their own villages. They provided the needed medical care and hand out basic medications.

It is worth mentioning that the response, which started on October 14th, will continue to meet the basic humanitarian needs of all the affected families. MHU first station was Al-Fakhoura village, where SARC volunteers delivered first hand assistance that alleviated the people’s suffering.
