Fattouh: The United States is responsible for the genocide in Gaza Strip

Speaker of the Palestinian National Council Rouhi Fattouh has stressed that the United States bears responsibility for the ethnic cleansing and genocide being committed by the Israeli occupation in Gaza Strip through its insistence on disrupting all resolutions calling for an end to the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip and through its unlimited support for the criminal occupation by all military, logistical and political means and equipment.

Today, in a statement reported by Wafa Agency, Fattouh pointed out that the Israeli occupation is committing crimes that have never been witnessed by history, and it will remain a disgrace on the forehead of those who claim democracy, call for human rights and do not take any step to stop them. Fattouh pointed out that the occupation has not been satisfied with the massacres that it is committing through bombing houses with warplanes and artillery, rather, its forces raided the centers housing the displaced with bulldozers, and destroyed the tents, and buried those inside alive, and executed men and women in front of their children.

Fattouh stated that the massacre committed by the Nazi occupation at dawn today in the Maghazi camp in central Gaza Strip, which claimed the lives of more than 70 martyrs, most of them women and children, is a message of recklessness, indifference, and disrespect to the world that is celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, the messenger of peace, today.

Fattouh called for sending investigation teams from the United Nations and human rights organizations to review and document the Israeli oppression and ethnic cleansing as well as the complete siege imposed on Gaza Strip for about 80 days, which caused many disasters, including famine, loss of drinking water, destruction of medical facilities, and the use of hospitals as military sites for the criminal Nazi occupation army.
