Explosive device explodes at the northern entrance of Daraa city, wounding 5 people

DARAA, SEP.7, (ST)- Five people were slightly injured  yesterday evening as a result of the explosion of an explosive device planted by terrorists near the Panorama square at the northern entrance to Daraa city.

A source at the Daraa Police Command told the correspondent of the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) that the device was planted next to a tree in an area that was crowded in the evening hours, where it went off, wounding 5 people, including a child and a woman

It added that the wounded people were conveyed to the Daraa  National Hospital and the “Al-Rahma” Private Hospital.

Two days ago, three members of the Political Security Branch were martyred by gunfire from a terrorist group near the Sidon Bridge while they were on their way to work at the Nassib border post with Jordan.
