Explosion Rocked Rouwais Area

A terrorist explosion rocked Rouwais area of the southern Suburb of Beirut and left a number of victims, according to Al-Manar correspondent.

“The explosion hit Rouwais-Bir al-Abed road, significantly damaging the residents and the cars,” Al-Manar correspondent added.

“The firefighters extinguished the blaze caused by the explosion and rescued the wounded who were detained in their houses.”

According to NNA, Preliminary news reports over the number of causalities resulting from the Rouiess explosion on Thursday evening refer to 14 martyrs and 212 injuries.

Bodies of martyrs have been taken to Sahel and Rassoul Azzam Hospitals while injured citizens have been admitted to Sahel, Rassoul Azzam, Bahman and Burj Hospitals in Beirut.
