Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory calls for opening an international investigation into the Israeli aggression on Lebanon
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory called for opening an urgent and independent international investigation into the Israeli cyber aggression that targeted wireless communication devices in several Lebanese regions.
The Observatory said in a statement today: “What “Israel” did constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, which prohibits indiscriminate attacks and targeting civilians, their property and their families, which led to numerous and severe injuries among civilians, including children.”
The Observatory stressed the need to pressure the Israeli occupation to stop its crimes immediately and prevent escalation in the region, calling for opening an urgent and independent international investigation into these attacks.
