Erdogan’s War Crimes in Syria at Strasburg European Court of Human Rights

BEIRUT, (ST)- The European Court of Human Rights in Strasburg has accepted the complaint brought by the Chief Officer of the International Coalition against Impunity, Lebanese lawyer May Al Khansa, against Turkish Prime Minister Recepe Tayyib Erdogan and others for their role in committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in Syria.

In a statement to SANA correspondent in Beirut, Al-Khansa said she received a note informing her that the European Court had accepted the complaint brought by her against Erdogan for his support to the terrorists in Syria and for using mercenaries to steal the factories of Aleppo, to kidnap the Lebanese hostages, who were released in a later stage, and to abduct Ma’loula nuns and the two Aleppo archbishops Boulous Yaziji and Youhanna Ibrahim.”

Al-Khansa pointed out that the complaint was given a preliminary number and the court urged effective steps in the case by attaching all related documents and writing down the personal information of those who filed the case.

The government of Erdogan has been playing a destructive role in what is going on in Syria since the beginning of the crisis. It intended to finance, arm and train terrorists and to send them to Syria to commit crimes against the Syrian people and destroy the state’s infrastructure and institutions.

The world was shocked by the photos published of terrorists dismantling factories in the city of Aleppo and moving the parts to Turkey under the sight of the Turkish authorities.

The government of Erdogan also has stolen the Syrian oil by accepting to buy it from the terrorists, thus supporting the armed groups and vandalize the properties of another country.
