Erdogan’s Regime Issues New Arrest warrants for 14 people

Ankara, (ST) – Turkish authorities have issued arrest warrants for 14 people, including a serviceman and a police officer, under the pretext of being linked to Turkish preacher Fethullah Gulen, who is accused by the regime of Recep Tayyip Erdogan of being behind the coup attempt in Turkey in mid of July 2016.

Anatolia news agency quoted a judicial source, that asked not to be named, as saying that “the public prosecutor in Izmir province issued arrest warrants for 14 people” on the pretext of communication with people from the “Gulen Organization.”

On September 14, Turkish authorities issued arrest warrants for 223 military soldiers under the pretext of associating with Gulen.

Erdogan turned Turkey into a large prison where he carried out a campaign of arrests across the country, during which he placed tens of thousands of Turks in jails and fired many from their jobs under the pretext of supporting the coup attempt, in continuation of his actions aimed at dominating all institutions and liquidating his opponents.
