Erdogan regime’s attacks and provocations in Syria and Libya aim to cover up the crises it suffers from, says Czech MP

Prague,( ST)  – The Czech MP in the European Parliament, Dr. Ivan David affirmed that the repression practiced by the regime of Recep Tayyip Erdogan against its opponents inside Turkey and the attacks and provocations it is carrying out in Syria, Libya and the Mediterranean aims to cover up the deep economic and financial crises it suffers from.

David said in a comment posted on his Facebook page that “Erdogan is constantly creating crises with various countries in an attempt to distract extremists from his supporters in Turkey and to divert attention from the serious economic problems he faces.”

David pointed out that Turkey has turned under the Erdogan regime into the largest prisoner of journalists in the world, explaining that the oppression that Erdogan acts with against politicians is carried out simply because of their criticism of his failed domestic and foreign policies.
