Erdogan Must Leave for Doha, Information Minister

DAMASCUS, (ST)-“undoubtedly, there is no excuse for Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s government to detain countless number of peaceful demonstrators .Hence, I call for releasing the prisoners of conscience in Turkey, “said  Information Minister Omran al-Zou’bi .

Addressing the reporters on Sunday, al-Zou’bi underscored  that the use of excessive force against the Turkish people is incorrect simply as  the Turkish demonstrators are not terrorists.

“there is still an opportunity for Erdogan to stop  the violence in Turkey.He  (Erdogan)must  respect his people’s  will and leave for Doha that might host him, “affirmed the minister.
