DAMASCUS, (ST)_ The Federation of the Syrian Chambers of Industry filed a lawsuit before a European court against the government of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, for sponsoring thieves and terrorists who looted ,stole and dismantled factories and industrial plants in Aleppo and took it to Turkey.
“The looting was made at the full knowledge of the Turkish government,” said the Federation ‘s chairman Fares al-Shehabi, stressing that the lawsuit was filed before an efficient European court through human rights organization based in Europe, in cooperation with a number of Syrian lawyers . He expected to achieve good results because of the impartial European judiciary.
He called on Syrian industrialists and other people ‘s, unions and vocational chambers and organizations to provide the Federation with information and to join the lawsuit, noting that this case “is not politicized ,nor targeting the Turkish people, but Erdogan government which sponsors terrorists and thieves.”
He stressed that the lawsuit aims to “expose the current Turkish government as a sponsor of terrorism and extremism before the world public opinion and force it to compensate traders , owners of factories and industrial plants and affected persons for the losses inflicted on them by acts of looting and theft, facilitated by this very Turkish government.
