Erdogan-backed terrorists brutally execute civilians south of Tal Abyad in Raqqa countryside

HASAKA,(ST) – In a way that reflects their oppressive ideology and inherent brutality, the Turkish-backed terrorists of the so-called “Ahrar al-Sharqiyya” terror organization, shot dead six people, handcuffed and dumped on the ground, after intercepting the car that was carrying them on the road leading to al-Hasaka south of Tel Abyad in the northern countryside of Raqqa.

The brutality that appeared in a video filmed by terrorists reminds viewers of ISIS savageness against humanity and shows that this savageness is being adopted by terrorist organizations that claim being moderate and that have received unlimited support from the United States and its Western allies during the terrorist war on Syria.

The crimes against humanity committed by terrorist organizations of various names have taken an upward curve since the beginning of the Turkish aggression on the Syrian territories five days ago, as the Turkish occupation forces and terrorist organizations that support them have targeted civilians since the first moments of the aggression and have attacked the infrastructure and basic elements of citizens’ lives. Dozens of civilians, including children, women and elders, have been injured. The attacks of the Turkish regime forces and its criminal tools have affected mosques, a church and a bakery in Qamishli and targeted the electricity substations and power grid lines, causing power outage and leading Al-Mabrouka and Alok water stations to become out of service. In addition, these attacks also targeted the grain silos, the water dam in Al-Malikiyah, Simalka River crossing and many other infrastructure facilities.

These terrorist groups, currently used by the Turkish regime in northern Syria are a mixture of thousands of terrorists who fled, because of the progress of the Syrian Arab Army, from various areas where they were deployed, including from the country’s southern region, Quneitra, Eastern Ghouta and Western Ghouta, Qalamoun, rural Homs and Hama and some areas of Idlib countryside where they used to practice the same criminality and brutality they are practicing in the rural areas of Hasaka and Raqqa with a full support by Washington, Western countries and the Gulf regimes, which took upon themselves supporting and training the terrorists and sending them to the Syrian territories across the Turkish borders and under the direct sponsorship of the Turkish regime.

Amid this intense aggression by warplanes, artillery and thousands of mercenaries from the terrorist organizations and the Turkish regime forces on the cities of Ras al-Ain in the northern countryside of Hasakah and Tal Abyad in the northern countryside of Raqqa and their villages and towns, tens of thousands of locals have fled to safe areas deep in the countryside of the two provinces (Hasaka and Raqqa) and towards the cities of al-Hasaka and Qamishli.

The United Nations announced the displacement of more than 130 thousand people from the vicinity of Tal Abyad and Ras Al Ain in northern Syria and warned of a human disaster because of shortage in food, water and health services.

Amid the escalation of the aggression for the fifth consecutive day and the worsening humanitarian situation of the displaced people, the so-called Syria Democratic Forces (SDF) militias (Qasad) continue to be a puppet for the American administration, which has abandoned them to serve its policy and strategic interests with its Turkish ally.

Nevertheless, these aggressive practices by SDF militia are being faced by the strong rejection of the locals in Hasaka who demand the militia to leave and call on the Syrian Arab army to enter as to defend the Syrian Territories.
