Endive salad with mushrooms and walnuts

Ingredients

3  endive

5  big white mushrooms

1 1/2 tablespoon walnuts, equivalent to a small handful

Dressing:

2  teaspoons olive oil

1  teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1  teaspoon mustard

Cooking method according to shahiya.com

1- Chop the endives and the mushrooms

2-Add the walnuts

3- Mix the ingredients for the dressing and add to the salad
