Emir of Qatar: Next stage will witness strategic cooperation between Syria and Qatar

The Qatari Emiri Diwan said that Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has renewed Qatar’s position in support of Syria’s unity, sovereignty and independence.

In a statement on Thursday, the Emiri Diwan clarified that the Emir praised the efforts of the Syrian administration to achieve stability and preserve the country’s capabilities

The Emir stressed the urgent need to form a government that represents all segments of the Syrian people and affirmed Qatar’s support for the Syrians to achieve a state of unity, justice and freedom, according to the Emiri Diwan.

The statement of the Emiri Diwan pointed out that the Emir of Qatar confirmed that the next stage will witness strategic cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

Emir of Qatar expressed hope that Syria will benefit from Qatari expertise to achieve the hoped-for development in Syria, the statement indicated.

The Emiri Diwan also said that President Ahmad Al-Sharaa confirmed that the next stage will witness strategic cooperation between Syria and Qatar.
