Egyptian politician: Syrian army’s victories have foiled US-Zionist plots

CAIRO, (ST)_ Chairman of the Egyptian Democratic Union Party Hasan Turk has argued that the Syrian army’s victories over terrorist groups has foiled the US-Zionist plots that target Syria.

Speaking to the correspondent of the Syrian News Agency (SANA) in Cairo, the Egyptian politician said that the situation in Syria has started to be stable after eliminating the terrorist groups that were created by conspirators against Syria.

“This stability pushes conspirators to seek by all means to destabilize Syria again and to carry out terrorist acts,” he added, asserting the need to activate Arab and international solidarity with Syria and to break the siege being imposed on it by Washington and EU.
