Egypt, united Arab of Emirates and Palestine offer condolences to Iran on the martyrdom of President Raisi and his accompanying delegation
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi expressed his condolences to the Iranian government over the death of President Ibrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and their accompanying delegation in the helicopter crash.
A statement issued by the Egyptian Presidency said, “As President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, extends his sincere condolences and sympathy to the brotherly Iranian people, he prays to God Almighty that the Iranian President and his departed companions may rest in His mercy,”
The statement expressed Egypt’s solidarity with the Iranian leadership and people in this tragic accident.
Meanwhile, the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, expressed his condolences and sympathy to Iran on the death of President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and their companions.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed said in his official account on the x-platform “We offer our sincere condolences and deep sympathy to the leadership and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the death of President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and their companions in a painful accident and affirm the UAE’s solidarity with Iran in these difficult circumstances.”
In this context, Palestinian factions including Hamas expressed their condolences to the Iranian people over the martyrdom of President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, and their accompanying delegation.
In turn, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine mourned the Iranian president and his companions, noting that Raisi had dedicated his life to serving his country and working for its development at all levels, in addition to making an important effort in supporting the Palestinian cause and resistance, especially in the battle of the Al-Aqsa flood, expressing its confidence that Iran will overcome this ordeal.
