Egypt, Algeria reject foreign intervention in Syria

Algiers, (ST) – “Algeria is adhered to the political solution which guarantees Syria to remain as united  country,” underscored Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtan Lamamra.

Speaking  at a press conference with his Egyptian counterpart Nabil Fahmi, Lamamra called on all sides concerned to resort to the Syrian people’s will to determine their destiny.

Algerian News Agency quoted Lamamra as saying that his country is determined to go to Geneva 2 conference on Syria and offer possible efforts to make it a success.

The Egyptian diplomat, for his Part, voiced his country’s commitment to  preserve the Syrian state without any foreign intervention.
