Efforts to Improve Pre-University Educational System
DAMASCUS,(ST)_ Improvement of the pre-university education system and meeting the requirements of the teaching staff so as to ensure best results for the country ‘s progress were topics discussed during Prime minister Dr. Wael al-Halqi meeting with chairman and members of the Teachers Union on Sunday.
The prime minister stressed teamwork , institutional activities and engaging all people’s organizations, trade unions and social and economic activists in the national decision making and in giving a push to the national reconciliation processes, noting the key role played by the teachers’ union in drawing educational strategies and developing the educational process.
The prime minister noted the special attention prioritized by the government in addressing issues pertinent to people ‘s organizations, adding that all issues debated in the meeting will be followed up and tackled, according to enforced rules and decisions.
