Education Ministry and the French International Humanitarian Affairs Organization discuss means of enhancing joint cooperation

Director of Planning and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Education, Youssef Annan discussed with a delegation from the French International Humanitarian Affairs Organization “Triangle”  means of  enhancing cooperation and developing future plans that advance the educational process and enhance the quality of education in Syria.

During the meeting, held in the ministry today, the two sides stressed the necessity of supporting and rehabilitating schools to facilitate the return of students, in addition to cooperation in organizing training courses for teachers to improve their educational capabilities.

Annan pointed to the Ministry’s keenness to continue the educational process and support it in accordance with the actual priorities and needs of the sector.

He stressed the importance of cooperation with the organization in providing strengthening lessons for students.

For irs part, the organization’s delegation expressed its appreciation for the efforts made by the Ministry of Education to facilitate the work of organizations supporting the education sector in Syria, and the importance of monitoring the necessary capabilities to qualify schools and support students’ return to education.
