During a press conference, the Swedish foreign minister gets into an argument with her Turkish counterpart

On October 13, Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Lind entered into an argument with the Turkish regime’s foreign minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, after she asked him to withdraw his regime’s occupation forces from the lands of northern Syria, which angered the Turkish minister who revealed his regime’s ambitions and efforts to dominate the region.

In a press conference in which tension and controversy prevailed in Ankara, the Swedish minister called on behalf of the European Union the Turkish regime to withdraw its forces from northern Syria.

But, Cavusoglu responded to this call angrily and in a way that showed the dictatorship of his regime and his departure from the principles of dialogue and diplomatic standards, revealing his regime’s insistence on undertaking a role in protecting terrorists in Idlib.

“The strong position of the European Union is still the same. They continue to urge Turkey to withdraw,” Lind said.

Lind also criticized the Turkish regime’s provocative decision to resume exploration operations in the eastern Mediterranean, ignoring the sovereignty of Greece and Cyprus over the territorial waters.

While Cavusoglu tried to avoid the embarrassment caused by the Swedish Foreign Minister, especially by criticizing the violations of his country’s human rights.

Cavusoglualso tried to use the new old paper, which is to blackmail the Europeans with the issue of immigration by threatening the European Minister to send the displaced from his country to Europe.
