Dozens of Palestinians were injured at dawn today, when the Israeli occupation forces stormed into the town of Al-Silat Al-Harithiya, west of Jenin in the West Bank.
“Wafa Agency” stated that the occupation forces stormed into the town of Al-Silat Al-Harithiya with about 150 vehicles and bulldozers, and raided the homes of three prisoners.They fired bullets and threw poison gas canisters at the Palestinians, wounding at least eight young men with bullets while another was trampled by an occupation patrol. There were also dozens of cases of suffocation.
The occupation forces closed the entrances to the town of Silat Al-Harithiya and prevented Palestinians from entering or leaving it, also preventing the entry of ambulances belonging to the Red Crescent and media crews.
This morning, the occupation forces blew up the homes of two prisoners in the town.
