Dozens of Palestinians injured, others detained as the occupation stormed into areas in the West Bank

Dozens of Palestinians were injured and others were detained this morning as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ attacks in several areas of the West Bank.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into several neighborhoods in the Old City of Nablus, raided Palestinian homes and a cafe, and destroyed their contents amid firing a barrage of bullets and poisonous gas at the Palestinians. As a result a young Palestinian was shot in the foot.

The occupation also attacked Palestinians in the town of Zababdeh, south of Jenin, and the village of Rummana, west of it, and fired bullets and poison gas bombs at them, which led to the injury of a young man and caused suffocation to dozens.

In addition, the occupation forces raided the town of Beta and the village of Qaryut, south of Nablus, the Dheisheh camp south of Bethlehem, the Jalazoun camp north of Al-Bireh, the town of Dura south of Al-khalil city (Hebron), and the town of Biddu northwest of occupied Al-Quds city (Jerusalem).

It searched Palestinian homes, ransacked their contents and detained ten Palestinians, including a child and a released prisoner.

A number of Palestinians were also injured, and eight others were detained yesterday during the occupation’s storming of separate areas in the West Bank.
