Dozens of Palestinians injured as a result of the occupation’s suppression of two demonstrations in Kafr Qaddum and Beit Ummar

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): Dozens of Palestinians were injured today and suffocated as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ suppression of two demonstrations in the villages of Kafr Qaddoum and Beit Ummar in the West Bank.

The Palestinian Wafa Agency stated that the occupation forces stormed Kafr Qaddoum, east of Qalqilya, and attacked the Palestinians participating in the weekly demonstration against settlements, by firing bullets and poison gas canisters, injuring nine of them, including a child, and dozens of cases of suffocation.

On Fridays and Saturdays, the village of Kafr Qaddoum witnesses demonstrations against the occupation, denouncing the apartheid wall and settlement, which devoured Palestinian lands.

Three Palestinians were also wounded and dozens suffocated, while two others were arrested as a result of the Israeli occupation forces attack on Palestinians with bullets and poison gas canisters during their funeral in Asida neighborhood in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.
