Dozens of Martyrs and Wounded in Gaza Strip on the 294th Day of Israeli Aggression

The Israeli occupation continues its land, sea and air aggression against the stricken Gaza Strip for the 294th day, killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians, mostly children and women during the past hours.

WAFA News Agency reported that the occupation warplanes bombed a house in the Absan El-Kabeera town east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, killing two Palestinians and injuring others from one family. Two others were wounded by Israeli snipers near the Bani Suheila roundabout east of the city amid the continuation of violent raids there, and others were injured in artillery shelling near the Eilboun school in Al-Qarara northeast of the city.

The bodies of 6 martyrs were also recovered from the nearby Salah al-Din Street, and three other  martyrs from the Al-Farabi School in  Bani Suhaila, amid the occupying forces’ continued bombing of the buildings and installations in the area.

In Rafah, south of Gaza Strip, a child was killed in the occupation’s bombing of Baraksat, north of Rafah, and a young man was martyred in another attack near al-Alam roundabout west of the city.

As for the center of Gaza Strip, the occupation continued with heavy artillery shelling and blowing up entire residential blocks in the AL-Magraqa area, while its aircraft bombed one of the Ayn Jalut Towers south of the al-Nuseirat camp.

In Gaza City, north of the Gaza Strip, 3 people were martyred and others, mostly women and children, were injured in a raid by the occupation aircraft on a residential apartment on the al-Sahaba Street east of the city, while a Palestinian was injured after artillery targeted the vicinity of Al-Iman Mosque in the al-Sabra neighborhood to the South.

The aircraft also bombed a house in the al-Nadim area of the Zeitoun neighborhood in the Southeast. The bodies of two martyrs and 7 wounded were also recovered from the rubble of a house in the al-Derj neighborhood, amid the occupation  continued artillery targeting of the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday that the number of victims of the ongoing occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip has increased to 39,175 martyrs and 90,403 injured.
