Dozens of martyrs and wounded as a result of the ongoing occupation aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 65th day

Dozens of Palestinians were martyred and injured on Sunday  as a result of the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression against the  Gaza Strip for the 65th day, in addition to the occupation forces burning a school housing displaced people in the northern Gaza Strip after forcing them to leave it, and arresting men and children.

Palestinian media reported that, during the past hours, the occupation aircraft launched raids on homes in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, Deir al-Balah, the Ternis area, the Nuseirat, al-Maghazi, and al-Zawaida camps in its centre, and the al-Tuffah and al-Shujaiya neighborhoods, east of Gaza City, and various areas north of the Gaza Strip, resulting in the death and injury of dozens.

Today at dawn, the occupation forces stormed a school housing displaced people in the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip, forced them to leave, arrested the men and children, and then burned it.

“The occupation forces surrounded us since two o’clock in the afternoon and asked through loudspeakers the women and children to go to the square, while they arrested men and children aged 14 years and took them to an unknown destination” One of the displaced women from the school said

She added “there are a number of snipers around us and no one can move. We are facing extreme cold without the slightest necessities of life including food and drink”.

Meanwhile Occupation artillery also bombed the vicinity of the European Hospital in Khan Yunis and areas in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

17,700 Palestinians were martyred and 48,780 were injured, most of them children and women, as a result of the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression against the Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October.
