Dozens of martyrs and wounded as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip for the 216th day
Occupied Al-Quds, (st)- The Israeli occupation continued its aggression against the stricken Gaza Strip for the 216th day, targeting homes, neighborhoods and displaced persons’ gatherings, causing dozens of martyrs and wounded amid a catastrophic humanitarian situation as a result of the siege.
Palestinian media reported that 8 Palestinians were killed, including 4 children, as a result of the occupation aircraft bombing a house west of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
The occupation aircraft continued to bomb the areas around Rafah land crossing with shells being fired towards the eastern areas, especially the Al-Shoka and Al-Jeneina neighborhoods.
The occupation navy boats fired machine guns towards the western areas of the city of Rafah, while the occupation artillery renewed its bombardment of the Rafah municipality building to the south, which led to the destruction of parts of the building.
A fisherman was shot dead by the occupation forces while he was on the beach of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
In the city of Deir al-Balah in the middle of the Gaza Strip, a woman and her son were martyred when the occupation aircraft bombed their house.
In the northern Gaza Strip, dozens were martyred and others sustained various injuries as a result of the occupation aircraft bombing several homes in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City, while there are still missing people under the rubble of destroyed homes.
The occupation aircraft fired bullets at people moving in the neighborhoods of Gaza City, especially in the neighborhoods of Al-Zaytoun, Tal Al-Hawa, and Al-Sabra, which led to martyrs and wounded, coinciding with the occupation navy firing several shells and machine-gun fire towards homes in the Sheikh Ajlin and Tal Al-Hawa neighborhoods, southwest of the city.

Yesterday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October had risen to 34,844 martyrs and 78,404 wounded.
