Document Uncovered to Confirm Pentagon Funding Biological Works in Ukraine

The Russian Ministry of Defense revealed a document dated March the 6th, 2015, confirming the participation of the US Department of Defense, the Pentagon, in financing biological projects in Ukraine.

Sputnik quoted the commander of the Russian Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces, Lieutenant-General Igor Kirilov as stating: “The total US funding for military biological work carried out in the laboratories of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense amounted to 32 million dollars, adding, “According to established practices, American projects in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being are funded, including in Africa and Asia, through the national health authorities.”

 

Kirillov noted that the agreement on joint biological activities was concluded between the US military administration and the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, however, the real recipient of the funds are the laboratories of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense located in Kyiv, Odessa, Lvov and Kharkov, and the total funding amounted to $32 million.

Kirillov noted that the Ukrainian specialists who worked in the American biological laboratories located in this country may not have been aware of the real goals of the research being conducted there.
