Despite their deteriorating health condition, 7 Palestinian captives continue with their hunger strike

Despite their pain, 7 Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli occupation jails continue with their hunger strike amid serious deterioration of their health condition. The prisoners are protesting against the Israeli occupation’s continuous crimes against them and against the Palestinian people in general.

WAFA news agency quoted the Palestinian Prisoners Club as saying on Saturday that the hunger striking prisoners are suffering from very critical health condition which increasingly deteriorates, posing a threat to their lives in the light of the occupation authorities’ refusal to release them.

The prisoners are Kayed Al-Fasfous, who has been on hunger strike for 80 days, Mikdad Al-Qawasmeh, 73 days, Alaa Al-Araj, 55 days, Hisham Abu Hawash, 47 days, Raeq Bsharat, 42 days, Shadi Abu Aker, 39 days and Hassan Shoukeh, 13 days.

Meanwhile in the besieged Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation forces on Saturday detained two young Palestinians.
