Demonstrators in Deir Ezzor countryside call for expelling the US-backed “SDF” militia from their areas

Locals in the villages of Sweidan and Darnaj in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside took to the streets in demonstrations calling for the expulsion of the US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF) separatist militia from their areas.

According to local sources, dozens of demonstrators closed the roads leading to their villages in protest against the aggressive and terrorist practices of the SDF militia against the citizens that led to a state of insecurity and chaos and to massive deterioration in the living conditions of the locals in the areas controlled by this militia.

The locals burned a military car that belongs to the SDF militia in Sweidan village and chanted slogans calling for expelling the militants from their areas.

The SDF militants continue with their crimes and aggressive practices against citizens in the areas under their control, including, killing and kidnapping civilians and burning their houses. Most recently, the SDF militia burned several houses that belong to citizens in Darnaj village.
