Demonstrations in Qamishli countryside protesting aggressive practices of SDF militia

Hasakah, (ST) – The residents of Tanuriat Al-Ghamr village in Qamishli demonstrated against the aggressive practices of the US-backed “SDF militia against them.

Local sources said that the people of Tanouriat Al-Ghamr village in Qamishli gathered with the participation of people from a neighboring village on the main road in a protest demonstration against the practices of the “SDF” militia and its disregard for the lives of civilians in the areas they deployed.

This matter came after a militia vehicle ran over a child yesterday, which led to his death, according to Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reporter.

The sources added that the angry demonstrators blocked the highway with burning tires and threw stones at the “SDF” militia cars, amid calls to expel the militia from their areas and end its presence and prevent it from entering the villages and towns of the area.

There were repeated cases of run-over in the area by militia militants, and this case is the third in the village during the year, as it was preceded by an accident of run over a girl and a woman due to excessive speed, recklessness to the lives of civilians.
