Demonstration in the Czech capital to condemn the supply of weapons to Ukraine

Prague (ST): Hundreds of people demonstrated in the center of the Czech capital, Prague, denouncing the practices of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the United States, and their provision of weapons to Ukraine.

Russia Today channel quoted participants in the demonstration, which started from Republic Square in central Prague, as saying that one of the main reasons for the crisis in Ukraine is the unwillingness of the United States and the European Union to conduct real negotiations with Russia on the security of the region.

The demonstrators warned that the Czech authorities are deceiving citizens with misleading information about what is happening. Russia has previously warned repeatedly of the consequences of NATO’s continued sending of weapons to the Ukrainian regime to continue fueling and prolonging the crisis.
