Demonstration in Athens to condemn the Israeli attacks on Palestinians

On May 16th, the Greek Committee for International Solidarity and Peace organized a mass demonstration in Athens, to condemn the continued Israeli attacks on the Palestinians.

WAFA News Agency reported that thousands of demonstrators who set out from in front of the Greek Ministry of Defense towards the US embassy chanted slogans condemning the brutal Israeli aggression against the Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.

The protesters denounced the continuation of building of settlements and the crimes of ethnic cleansing in occupied Jerusalem.

They demanded that the Greek government support the Palestinian people and stop its bias and support for the occupation entity.

Many countries of the world are witnessing demonstrations, stances and sit-ins in solidarity with the Palestinian people and denouncing the continuing crimes of the Israeli occupation against them.
