Democratic Korea condemns recent terrorist attack in Damascus

The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) has condemned the recent terrorist attack that targeted a bus in Damascus, stressing that it rejects and condemns all forms of terrorism.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Embassy of Democratic Korea in Damascus said that the DPRK is confident that heinous and cowardly terrorist plots of all kinds cannot stop Syria from combating terrorism and advancing in the reconstruction process under the wise leadership of President Bashar Al-Assad.

The embassy added that Democratic Korea will continue to support the Syrian government and people in their just struggle to protect the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of Syria.

 Last month, a terrorist bombing targeted a military bus, claiming the lives of 14 people and the wounding of several others.
