Deir Ezzour: Citizens in the countryside demonstrate against SDF’s plunder of Syrian oil and its corrupt practices

Deir Ezzour, ( ST):  Protests against the practices of the SDF militia, backed by the US occupation forces, renewed with the citizens of eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour  taking to the streets to condemn the pillaging of oil resources in the Syrian Jezira by SDF militia.

Local sources said  that scores of citizens in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour gathered at the Al-Kahawi crossroads  in the town of Abu Hammam to protest against the crimes of  “SDF militia” which plunders the oil resources and smuggles them.

The protestors, who blocked the main roads amid a general strike and a closure of shops, called for  ending SDF militia illegal practices, its confiscation of the livelihood and property of the people and the stealing and smuggling of oil.

Earlier, the inhabitants of Kisra village  in Deir Ezzour countryside took to the streets protesting against the corrupt practices of SDF militiamen and their plunder of oil resources.

Several areas in Deir Ezzour and Hasaka countryside have been witnessing demonstrations in protest against SDF militia practices and crimes that caused the martyrdom and wounding of scores of innocent citizens.
