Deadly Qameshli blast kills 13

HASAKA,(ST)_A deadly explosion ripped through Qameshli city north of Hasaka province, killing at least 13 persons and wounding over 50 others, a source in Qameshli area declared Wednesday.

The source clarified that a suicide terrorist blew himself up inside a truck bomb loaded with grit near the Industrial area in the city of Qameshli, killing 13 persons and wounding 50 others.

Scores of persons, most of them were children and women, have been martyred over the past months in terror attacks carried out by ISIS terrorists in Hasaka province.

Prime Minister Wael al-Halaqi denounced the explosion, stressing that such terror act is desperate attempt to undermine the Syrian people’s will and steadfastness.

He blamed the countries that support terrorism, particularly Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Israel, for such brutal acts, calling on the international organizations and communities to fulfill their duty to implement the UN Security council resolution on counterterrorism.

The US, Britain, France, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Turkey and Israel support terrorist organizations in Syria, according to world media reports.
