David: What Matters to the United States in Ukraine is the Profits of Arms Company

Prague (ST) – Member of the European Parliament of the Czech Republic, Dr. Ivan David, affirmed that the US is not working to end the war in Ukraine and does not care about the number of deaths there, but rather the profits that American arms companies realize as a result.

He said in a comment posted on his website: “Last year, the United States doubled the value of arm sales to NATO countries”. He pointed out that the American arms companies increased their stock prices as a result.

David stated that the war in Ukraine is depleting the reservoirs of the European countries through increased military spending, which led, in addition to other reasons, to the emergence of economic crises.
