Daraa Governorate allocates two buses to transport the returning citizens to the neighborhoods of Daraa Al-Balad for free

Daraa (ST): Daraa Governorate  operated two internal transport buses to transport citizens returning to the neighborhoods of Daraa Al-Balad for free, after starting to implement the settlement agreement proposed by the state.

Engineer, Amin Al-Omari, head of the city council, indicated that this initiative contributes to alleviating the financial burdens on citizens who spent about a month and a half in temporary residence centers and with their relatives, noting that buses will run from Daraa Al-Mahatta through Al-Saraya checkpoint to Daraa Al-Balad. 

Earlier, and in implementation of the settlement agreement put forward by the state to establish security and stability in Daraa al-Balad, thousands of people began to return to their homes after the deployment of Syrian Arab Army posts and the engineering units’ continued combing the remainder of the neighborhood, removing earth mounds and opening roads to expedite the return of all residents to their homes.
