Damascus censures Turkey-backed ‘coalition’s inhumane crime against children in Idlib

DAMASCUS,(ST)_Foreign and expatriates Ministry has called on the international community to condemn the crime perpetrated by armed terrorist organizations and Turkish authorities against children in Idlib countryside.

In a letter sent today to the UN Security Council, the ministry made clear that factitious health institutes affiliated to armed terrorist organizations in cooperation with Turkish authorities provided Syrian children in areas located east of Maaret al-Noaman in Idlib countryside with unknown source measles vaccinations.

As many as 15 children, , some just babies, were martyred by measles vaccinations.

The ministry appealed to the UNSC to denounce this criminal act that violates the international law and human rights principles.

Earlier, Health Ministry criticized in the strongest possible terms the inhumane and illegal practices of the “opposition coalition” that backed by Turkish authorities in regard to distributing unknown source vaccines in the northwestern province of Idlib.
