Czech tourism agencies: Syria has rich historical and cultural heritage

Prague, (ST) – The Czech tourism agency “The Czech tourism agency “Supersizde” announced the reorganization of knowledge and information trips to Syria. It stressed that this country has a rich history and cultural heritage that goes back to thousands of years.

The agency clarified that Syria has been the cradle of many important civilizations, and is known for its ancient historical monuments, including the monuments of Palmyra and Aleppo, which attract archaeologists and historians from all over the world.

The “Sean” agency, which works in the same field, also announced that it has begun cooperating with a local partner in Syria to provide tourism offers for the years 2024 and 2025 for those wishing to visit Syria from the Czech Republic.

The agency indicated that Syria includes wonderful tourist attractions that are worth visiting, most notably Damascus, the oldest continually  inhabited city in the world, Palmyra, the Krak des Chevaliers, Saidnaya, Maaloula, and other areas.
