Czech Republic, China Agree that Political Solution is the Only Way out of Crisis in Syria

 PRAGUE, (ST)-Bohuslav Sobotka, the Czech Prime Minister has stressed that his country and China have identical stances towards supporting political solution to the crisis in Syria.

The Czech “Pravo” newspaper on Tuesday cited Sobotka as saying following his visit to China that during his meeting with the Chinese Premier Li Keqiang he urged Beijing to play an active role in the search for a political settlement to the crisis in Syria.

 

Sobotka pointed out that both the Czech and China agree on the need to fight terrorism and act decisively to eliminate this plague, reiterating the importance of the international community’s cooperation in this respect.
