Former Deputy Foreign Minister of the Czech Republic, Professor Petr Drulak, has stressed that the United States has been supporting terrorism in Syria and providing all forms of assistance to different terrorist groups.
In a statement to the Czech Rádio Universum, Drulak said that Moscow, unlike Washington, supports the international law, noting that Russia’s military intervention in the crisis in Syria came under the request of the legitimate Syrian government. “Whereas, Washington backs terrorist organizations and support terrorism in Syria,” he clarified.
“Russia has emerged as a super power in the face of the Americans who have tried to destroy several countries in the Middle East, including Iraq, Libya and Syria,” Drulak pointed out.
Regarding Ukraine, Drulak said that the United States’ goal in Ukraine is to weaken Russia, pointing out that the Ukrainians are being killed in this conflict and their country’s infrastructure is being destroyed.
