Czech Politician: Syrian army is fighting terrorism on behalf of many countries in the world

Head of the Czech Parliamentary Group for Friendship with Syria and Vice-President of the Moravian Czech Communist Party, Dr. Stanislav Grospic, affirmed that the Syrian Army deserves all respect because it is fighting terrorism and defending international stability and peace on behalf of many countries in the world.

Grosbic said in a statement to the correspondent of the Syrian News Agency (SANA) in Prague on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the foundation of the Syrian Army: “This army, with its patriotic ideology, goes down in history as a hero in the region. It is now spreading hope for the imminent final victory over terrorism inside Syria.”

Grosbic expressed his deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by the Syrian Army in the struggle against occupation, terrorism and aggression.
