Czech parliamentarian calls for punishment of Erdogan regime for its aggression on Syrian territory

On October 30, Czech Parliamentarian Jaroslav Voldina called for the expulsion of the Turkish regime from North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and imposition of economic sanctions on the Turkish regime for its aggression on Syrian territory.

“The economy of this (Turkish) regime mainly depends on trade with the European Union and therefore economic sanctions can change its hostile behavior,” Voldinasaid to the Czech Parliamentary Papers website.

“The European political leaders are similar to a group of employees who fear for their interests and do not care about the Europeans’ interests,” Voldina said. “The US practices and policies in the Middle East have created chaos in the region.”
