Czech official: The October Liberation War is a prominent example of the heroism of the Syrian Arab Army

Prague (ST): The Executive Secretary of the Trade Union Confederation of Czech and Moravia, Selzko Martin Beach, confirmed today that the October liberation war defeated the Zionist enemy and the imperialist powers in the Middle East.

Beach added in a statement to news reporter in Prague on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the October liberation war: This war, which was led by President Hafez al-Assad, was an example of heroism, and one of the greatest uprisings of the liberation struggle of the Syrian Arab Army, and the progressive and popular forces.

Beach, on behalf of the Czech progressive unions, congratulated the Syrian people and their leadership and the Syrian unions, and affirmed their full support for the resistance axis in its struggle, to end the occupation and liberate the occupied Arab lands.
