Czech official: The forthcoming Syrian presidential elections reflect the sovereignty of the people of Syria

PRAGUE, (ST)_Member of Foreign Affairs Committee of the Czech-Moravian Trade Unions Gathering Martin Bis on Thursday said that the forthcoming Syrian presidential elections reflect the sovereignty of the people of Syria and their rejection of foreign intervention. 
 
He told the correspondent of the Syrian News Agency (SANA) in Prague: “ We respect the Syrian citizen’s right of electing their president and we consider holding the elections as a legitimate act…We are sure that the elections will be held successfully and any foreign doubts are out of the context.” 
 
Bis pointed out that Syrian people will take part in the elections that will be held amid the continuity of Western economic terrorism and they will never allow any foreign party to decide the future of their country.
