Czech MP: Syrian army has the right to defend its country against terrorism and occupation

Deputy Speaker of the Czech House of Representatives Tompo Okamora affirmed the right of the Syrian Arab army to protect its country against foreign armies and terrorists, stressing that what is being done by the Turkish regime is an invasion and occupation that runs contrary to international law.

 Okamora denounced the flagrant Turkish intervention in Syria’s internal affairs, noting that Erdogan’s regime shoulders responsibility for the tense situation in the region because of its aggression and support of terrorist organizations operating in Syria.

He demanded for the expulsion of Ankara from NATO, because supporting terrorists in Syria constitutes a scandal for the NATO and the US.
