Czech deputies : (Deal of the Century) conflicts with international law and decisions

Prague, ST- Czech Deputy  Council  Speaker Vojtiech Philip stressed that the so-called “deal of the century” announced by US President Donald Trump is inconsistent with  the UN Security Council resolutions.

Philip said in a statement today that the declaration considers what has been occupied militarily as a right and this matter is a mockery of international law.

For his part, Council  member Jan Liibavsky pointed out that Trump’s declaration is a service to the Israeli occupation entity and it  completely ignores the demands of the Palestinians and their rights, stressing that any settlement must be based on respecting the law and international resolutions.

In turn, the head of the Foreign Committee in the House of Representatives, Energie Vesili, confirmed that the announcement of the “Deal of the Century” at this time is evidence that Trump  is trying to exploit  this deal  in the presidential elections that will take place after months in the United States.
