Czech analyst: Washington immorally escalates its coercive measures on Syria

Czech political analyst Philip Endler stressed that the United States has immorally escalated its unilateral coercive economic measures that it is imposing on Syria.

In an article published on “Your Case” website, Endler said, “Through these sanctions, Washington has obstructed the reconstruction efforts in Syria and deteriorated the economic situation,” adding, “Instead of stopping these measures during the spread of the Coronavirus, it has unethically doubled them.”

Endler pointed out that the United States puts its domestic laws above international laws and arbitrarily imposes illegal unilateral sanctions on other countries, as it does against Syria, Iran, Venezuela and Cuba.
